RETECNA, Navarra Technological Network , started in 2006 as a cooperation network of technological agents to promote synergies and complementarities, develop joint projects, and interact with other networks and agents of the International science-technology-enterprise system.

RETECNA is currently formed by 10 investigation centres.

RETECNA manages and promotes the actions of the network with the support of the Innovation and Technology Agency of Navarra (ANAIN).
